About Me
Hi!
I know a lot of you might be coming to this page to ask me why your wallpaper/scan was rejected. Well, on the one hand, I can direct you to the AP guide in the upper right corner, because that really answers everything you need to know about the submission policy. But if you're looking for a short and sweet answer, when I look over scans, I check for things like:
Usability: Is this something that can be used for a wallpaper? Is the image incomplete or cut off on the sides? Is it more covered in text than the New York Times? If any of that is a yes, then no good!
Usable Image Size: This means, although your scan is taller than 1200 px, the character images, or usable portion of the image is smaller.
As far as wallpapers go, look at the wallpaper you submitted, and then look at some of the other wallpapers on the site. Does it measure up? Realistically? If you can answer that truthfully, that's a good way of knowing whether or not it'd make it through ;D

Either way it worked.
My style went kaboom and then as i was previewing some new styles my internet connection decided to go kaboom as well! And after i connected again i wasn't able to reset it -.- i was wondering if there's some way you're able to
Sorry to nag <.<
Oh and i tried to send this in a private message but i couldn't do that either
I'm new but I've seen that the scans can only be posted as jpeg, that makes ugly jpeg artifacts in some your great scans, for example
i don't know how to prevent that but I suppose using a lower compression would be good
That's all. Bye
and good luck

Yeah, blending techniques get kinda lost in the era of uber clean vectors and paint works... ^.^;
